We first picked up on this anomaly with a couple of self released broadcasts, containing a signature sweet and fuzzy taste, melodic perfection in a language we can’t even begin to comprehend harkening to equal parts sugary power pop and frantic DIY synth punk of the past, it’s clear the three Ts have been studying hard to create these sounds.
We’ve given these broadcasts the name “modern sound”, it’s seven concise, brilliant and utterly mystifying of addicted and heart pounding tales of wonder and love (and sometimes band merchandise). The UFO that houses the studio this record was made on might be underwater but it gives every sound a weightless and timeless feeling, it’s as if these melodies are only just being introduced to earth and are inspiring a once in a lifetime wonder. Like watching a meteor shower upside down while Donny Osmond breaks into a punk frenzy.
